Your account data is used to provide and personalise the 12wk.app service, including AI coaching responses that reference your goals and plans. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be used to understand product usage and prioritise development.

12wk.app uses large language model APIs to power the AI coaching feature. Content you submit for coaching (goals, reflections, questions) is sent to our AI provider to generate responses. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as financial details, health records, or third-party private information in coaching messages.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who operate under confidentiality obligations. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

We use session cookies for authentication and preference cookies to remember your language setting. We may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
