Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 12wk.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

12wk.app is a personal productivity tool. You may use it for lawful personal or professional goal-planning purposes. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate harmful or deceptive content

You retain ownership of the goals, plans, and reflections you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service, including passing relevant content to our AI provider to generate coaching responses.

The AI coach is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic). Responses are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgement.

12wk.app offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12wk.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or failure to achieve any goal.
